Application Online Instructions – Apply Now!

1. Click Here to Create an Account

  1. Create a username and password and verify your email.  
  2. The district school code of GFS-AZ should pre-populate for you. Click Create Account, then enter your email address and follow on-screen instructions.  Only one account should be created for each family, using the primary email address to be associated with the family’s account.
  3. You should receive a verification email, which may take up to 30 minutes to arrive.
  4. Once your account is verified it is ready to use to apply.

2. Click Here to Start Application 

  1. Click Next to go to the sign-in screen.
  2. You must create a separate application for each student in your family.
  3. Once the first student application is created it will give you an option to copy household information into additional student applications.  
  1. You may log in and out of the application without losing progress — the system autosaves. A green check mark will appear once a section is complete.
    1. As you go through each page of the application, click “Next” to proceed to the next page (on mobile devices, the “Next” button is very small at the bottom of the screen)

3. Review and Submit & Pay Application Fee

  1. After completing all required fields, select FINAL STEP, pay the non-refundable application fee, and Submit.
    1. $30 for Domestic Students and $50 for International Students.
  2. You will do this for each student in your family.


4. Request/Submit Required Documents
